Frame : Ergonomic design microscope with modular frame. Upgradable to Fluorescence for UVRGB fluorophores with atleast 4 position filter turret.
Optical System : Universal Infinity corrected optical system.
Observation Tube : Sidentopf observation head inclined at 30° rotatable at 360°. Vertical phototube for micro photography Diopter adjustment ring on ocular tube. (±5) Interpupillary distance from 50mm to 75mm. Trinocular wide field, two way light path distribution (100:0, 0:100 or 50:50) for simultaneous viewing and imaging of the specimens, less for improved observation efficiency, provided with paired wide field eyepieces. Widefield Trinocular tube having 3 way light path distribution provided with paired widefield eyepieces having FOV 22mm or better.
Eyepiece : Eyepieces of at least 10X magnification, with diopter adjustment facility with field of view of 22 or higher with diopter adjustmetfacility in both eyepiece.
Transmitted illumination : The microscope should have an ergonomic stand with 100 watt halogen or equivalent 12 – 14 watt or better LED transmitted light source.
Focusing : Co-axial focusing control with large knob, pre-focusing lever & tension adjustment ring. Fine div 0.001mm, coarse stroke 25mm per rotation, Fine stroke 1um/rotation . Moving range 25mm. Torque adjustment for coarse adjustment knobs.
Nose Piece : Reverse angle sextuple/Septuple nosepiece revolving on ball bearings with a slot for analyzer or DIC slider.
Condenser : Swing out front lens, abbe condenser N.A. 0.9/1.25 – 100X objectives, filter holder and iris diaphragm. Condenser for BF/DF/Phase.
Stage : Reckless Mechanical stage size 187mm x 167mm & having low positioned co-axial controls on ball bearing guide ways.. X and Y rectangular mechanical stage motion control on right hand side with capacity to hold two slide glasses at a time. The stage is ceramic coated. Travel range of at least 76 x 52 mm.
Objectives : Infinity Corrected anti mold anti fungal objectives. All objectives is compatible with BF, DF, PH. Description and details of objectives with manufacture Name is mentioned on the objectives. Space in the Nose Piece for adding one more objective lens in future as & when required.
